Honeymoon part 5

Wyoming had all theses neat red hills!

You see a lot of oil wells! 

Of course we had to stop at Mount Rushmore!

The Corn Palace! Pretty much everything is decorated with corncobs.  

Even the pictures are made of corncobs.

Honeymoon part 4

 We decided to drive through Yellowstone. It is a very neat place. 

 The hot springs.

 A boiling pool of water! 

 I believe this is roaring mountain. 

 Some more boiling water. You see a lot of boiling water in Yellowstone. I think it is neat that all that boiling water is coming out of the ground.

 Old Faithful!

 I thought it was interesting how the pool was blue. I liked that the name fitted so well!

 A Buffalo that seemed to be injured, walked across the road.

 Some dead trees, there actually were a lot of dead trees in Yellowstone.

Honeymoon part 3

 Driving through North Dakota, I thought the yellow fields were very neat! 

 The Badlands of North Dakota! 

 I took the picture out the window of the car. It was right next to the road. 

 I was taking some pictures of the beautiful area.

 Driving up the Rocky Mountains in Montana.

 It was sure chilly up there! But very beautiful. 

 We were right up with the clouds! 

 There was quite a bit of snow up there. The temperature dropped to 32 degrees Fahrenheit and it was sleeting.

I saw one bear, but sadly I didn't get a picture of it.
